Management system implementation process

PLAN. We in MFA conduct a GAP analysis against the requirements of the chosen standard and develop a detailed implementation strategy, based around your needs, with agreed certification date and continuous milestones. We work with the organisation’s “implementation champion” to ensure first time certification.

DO. We spend time on site to develop and implement a company specific management system based around process, procedures, systems together with appropriate training and communications.

CHECK. We continuously monitor the implemented system through a programme of internal audits to ensure that plans meet current practice. We train your Internal Auditing team and monitor through to certification.
External certification auditors conduct the final audit to grant certification to the management system standard. We prepare you for first time certification.

ACT. If a discrepancy is found at any stage, Plan, Do, Check we Act with you to correct actual or potential issues.

MFA will work with you to ensure a process of continual improvement and ongoing compliance is in place to add value to the business.

INTEGRATION
We can assist in the integration of your management systems through the PSA99 model. All ISO management systems have commonality in their requirements and clauses. By integrating all systems your management time will be reduced, internal auditing streamlined, reporting processes improved with a corresponding saving in costs.
